Greek Tuna Pasta Salad
Choriatiki, aka Greek salad - who doesn't know it? Mix in some cooked pasta and a can of tuna, and you have a delicious meal.
Ingredients:
For the dressing
Preparation method:
Bring a pot of water to a boil with a pinch of salt. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging, drain and let cool.
Mix the yoghurt, oregano, parsley, olive oil, mint, and lemon juice together. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine the cherry tomatoes, red onion, Taggiasca olives, and tuna. Then add the fully cooled pasta.
Drizzle the dressing over the pasta mix.
Top the salad with crumbled feta and garnish with parsley.
