
Tuna Nachos with Pomegranate Seeds
Looking for a quick snack or an easy meal? These tuna nachos are just what you need! Perfect to snack on or, when served with a salad, a simple and affordable meal.
Preheat the oven to 190°C, top and bottom heat.
Spread the tortilla chips over a baking tray.
Mix the tuna with your choice of tomato sauce and pour the mixture over the nachos. Then, place the cheddar slices on top of the nachos. Bake everything in the oven for 4-5 minutes, until the cheddar has melted.
For the guacamole, cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Mash with a fork and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and lime juice.
Remove the nachos from the oven and serve with the guacamole and crème fraîche. Add a few cilantro leaves and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!
