Toast the rye bread in a toaster or a grill pan.
In a bowl, mix the jack mackerel, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
Season the mackerel spread with salt and black pepper. Add extra lemon juice to taste.
Top slices of rye bread with a generous amount of the mackerel spread. Place the radish and cucumber on top.
Garnish with dill and/or chives if desired. Enjoy!
