Tuna melt with kimchi
Give your tuna melt a delicious twist with kimchi. Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish of fermented vegetables, usually cabbage and radish, seasoned with herbs and spices.

Also delicious with albacore tuna! Serve with sriracha mayonnaise.
Butter one side of each slice of bread and flip them over. Place the cheddar, spinach, tuna, and kimchi onto the unbuttered side of the bread. Place the other slice on top with the buttered half facing outwards.
Cook the toastie in a dry frying pan over medium heat until the cheese has melted and the bread is crispy. Enjoy!
